the hotel met my expectations. i stayed for three nights and had a great first time in the city. the location is convenient for visiting the touristic sights everything is within walking distance. i found many shops, restaurants, a tram station and a central train station near the hotel.
the floor of my room was not cleaned every day i had to ask reception to have it cleaned

the staff helped me with airport transfers and a dinner cruise they arranged transport too the reception staff was helpful and always smiling. the staff warmed my milk several times each day with kindness and speed the service was fast.

Lobby staff had a smile and were helpful. My room was clean after returning each day. Staff helped when I asked for an iron. The location proved very practical and close to main attractions.
The lift only reaches the seventh floor, so I needed to take the stairs to the bar on the eighth floor.

the location is excellent. i walked to many important places. the breakfast had great views from the rooftop. kasim and ender helped with check-in and luggage, arranged taxis for us. whatsapp communication made things easy!
The lift only goes to the 7th floor. The bar is on the 8th.
